Reviews

AudioFile Magazine...
The head of a major sales training firm offers advice that sounds obvious and simplistic at first. Yet the entire learning experience offers a sum total of wisdom that is greater than its parts. A down-to-earth, nuanced lesson in basic respect and communication, it would serve any relationship well. The focus is on serving others with a sensitive heart and doing the right thing. Narrator Michael Ferreri is not a particularly engaging or enthusiastic narrator. But his natural articulation and consistent professionalism do the job. He respects the material for what it is and lets listeners decide how much they want to get involved with it. T.W. (c) AudioFile 2007, Portland, Maine
